Ordering and Delivery

Orders

All orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Payment must be made by cheque made payable to Coromandel Crafts Ltd and accompanied by written confirmation of the order, with notification of the delivery address to which the order should be sent. If it is being sent to an address other than that of the person placing the order, then please supply a contact name and telephone number at the delivery address. Please note that if payment is not received in full, or if it is forthcoming and then withdrawn, the goods remain the property of Coromandel Crafts Ltd.

Fabric Orders

We accept orders to the nearest 0.5m. All of our fabric comes in 24m lengths. If ordering more than 24m, we need to know two piece sizes i.e. 24m + 12m = 36m.

Delivery

We aim to deliver fabric within 5 –10 working days of receipt of payment. All Finished Products are made to order and then carefully checked to ensure that they meet our exacting standards. Although every attempt will be made to deliver a Finished Product within 30 days of receipt of payment, please note that delivery is subject to demand and busy periods and cannot be guaranteed within 30 days.

Most orders are sent out on a Next-Day delivery service. If you require delivery on a specific day, we will try to accommodate this, however, we cannot specify a time. If you are out on the day of attempted delivery, the courier will leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange re-delivery.

Upon delivery, a signature will be required confirming that the goods were received in good condition. Please ensure that you check the consignment before signing or compensation for breakages may not be forthcoming.

Returns

Returns of fabric will only be accepted if the fabric has not been cut. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your fabric, you may return it within 14 days of the date of delivery in the condition in which it was received for a full refund ( excluding delivery and return carriage and insurance costs). Please note that the customer is responsible for returns carriage and insurance - we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged during return.

Returns of bespoke Finished Products will only be accepted if items are damaged or faulty and if we have been informed in writing within 14 days of the delivery date of the reason for return.
